Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CF Store (cf.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). CF Store is operated by Etison LLC d/b/a ClickFunnels. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Etison LLC. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

CF Store is a marketplace platform that enables ClickFunnels creators (“Sellers”) to list and sell digital products to other users (“Buyers”). Products include but are not limited to funnels, courses, templates, AI tools, and other digital assets.

Etison LLC provides the platform infrastructure but is not a party to individual transactions between Sellers and Buyers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of CF Store you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use CF Store.

4. Seller Terms

If you sell products on CF Store, you additionally agree to:

• Only list products you have the legal right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions and representations of your products
• Maintain product quality and provide reasonable buyer support
• Not list prohibited content including illegal, fraudulent, or infringing material
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your products
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Etison LLC reserves the right to remove products or suspend seller accounts that violate these terms at any time and without prior notice.

5. Buyer Terms

When you purchase a product on CF Store:

• You receive a license to use the product as described by the seller
• Refund eligibility is subject to the seller’s refund policy and applicable law
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products unless explicitly authorized
• Digital products are delivered electronically upon successful payment

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use CF Store to:

• Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading practices
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The CF Store platform, including its design, logos, and software, is the property of Etison LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. “CF Store,” “ClickFunnels,” and related marks are trademarks of Etison LLC.

Sellers retain ownership of their products. By listing a product on CF Store, sellers grant Etison LLC a non-exclusive license to display and promote the product on the platform.

8. Payment Terms

All transactions are processed through our authorized payment providers. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

• Standard transaction fees apply to sales made on the platform
• Seller payouts are processed according to the payout schedule
• Etison LLC reserves the right to hold or delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud
• Chargebacks and disputes may result in temporary holds on seller funds

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CF STORE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Etison LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any products listed by sellers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETISON LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF CF STORE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Etison LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of CF Store, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CF Store shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to CF Store at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on CF Store. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
